These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and Crown99a (hereinafter referred to as "Crown99a", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Crown99a website located at https://crown99a.cam and all associated services, platforms, software, games, and features (collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Services").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Crown99a strictly enforces a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years for all registered Members. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. Crown99a may require documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Member is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all deposits will be returned where practicable, and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias, or using another person's details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds therein.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Crown99a does not represent that the Services are appropriate or available in all locations. It is the Member's sole responsibility to comply with any local laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable to online gambling in their place of residence.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are registering in your own legal name and with accurate personal information; (c) you do not have an existing Account on the Platform; (d) you are not registered on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services; and (e) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
To access the full functionality of Crown99a's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.
Crown99a operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Members will be required to submit identity and address verification documents before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, at Crown99a's discretion, before certain betting limits are unlocked. Crown99a will endeavour to review and process KYC submissions within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of all required documentation. Members will be notified via in-platform notification or email upon successful verification or if additional documents are required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Crown99a will never request your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify Crown99a immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
Crown99a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. Crown99a does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in the same name as your Crown99a Account. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the deposit page and may be updated periodically.
Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used for deposit (or to verified accounts bearing the same registered name). All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Crown99a reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing time is one (1) to two (2) business hours for approved requests during operational hours, subject to the payment processor's own processing timeline.
Crown99a does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party processing fees — such as network fees for USDT TRC20 transactions — are borne by the Member. Crown99a reserves the right to introduce fees on certain payment methods or transaction types with reasonable advance notice to Members.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Crown99a are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is specified on the promotion detail page and may range from ten times (10x) to thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window (typically 7 to 30 days from bonus credit).
While bonus funds are active in a Member's Account, the maximum permissible single bet or spin is typically MYR 25 to MYR 250 (as specified in the individual promotion terms). Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum during an active bonus period constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards completing the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute one hundred percent (100%) of each wager. Table games, including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack, typically contribute between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%). Some games may contribute zero percent (0%). The specific contribution rates applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion terms.
Crown99a reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or systematically hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using automated software to clear bonuses; and any coordinated multi-account strategy. Crown99a's determination of bonus abuse shall be final.
Certain promotions impose a maximum cashout limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. This limit will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum cashout limit may be removed from a Member's Account at the point of withdrawal.
Crown99a reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the Member's Account balance is insufficient; (b) there is a technical error in the displayed odds or game parameters; (c) the bet appears to be placed in connection with match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; or (d) the Member is suspected of being under the minimum age requirement.
In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical fault that results in a game or bet outcome that would otherwise not have occurred, Crown99a reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant Members' Accounts. Crown99a shall not be liable for any purported winnings arising from system or software errors.
Crown99a offers betting markets across a range of sports including, without limitation, Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, badminton, and other domestic and international sporting events. The availability of specific markets, odds formats, and in-play betting options is subject to change without notice based on event schedules, licensing conditions, and operational factors.
Live dealer games streamed through the Platform are subject to the rules of the respective game studios from which they are sourced. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, Crown99a will endeavour to resolve the outcome in accordance with the applicable game provider rules. Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when participating in live casino games.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:
All content on the Crown99a Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Crown99a or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of Crown99a.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent; modification or creation of derivative works based on Platform content; use of any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of Crown99a's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal claims for damages and injunctive relief.
Crown99a is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Members. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted through the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.
By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, where required, sharing of Member data with regulatory and law enforcement authorities, anti-fraud agencies, and identity verification service providers.
Crown99a implements industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption and SSL/TLS protocols, to protect Member data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and Crown99a cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crown99a, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failures, or any other commercial losses.
Crown99a's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member to their Crown99a Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Crown99a does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Crown99a shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from a Force Majeure event.
Crown99a reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's Account at any time, without prior notice, where Crown99a reasonably believes that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) there is suspicious activity on the Account suggestive of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; (c) the Member has provided false registration information; (d) it is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (e) the Member is under the age of 21.
Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, Crown99a reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, free bet credits, and any winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct. Where termination is not attributable to the Member's breach, any remaining real-money Account balance (excluding bonus funds) shall be returned to the Member via the original payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable AML checks.
Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may contact Crown99a's support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any active bonuses will be removed, and the remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and payment verification procedures.
Crown99a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Members' rights or obligations — Crown99a will endeavour to provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) days via in-platform notification or email to registered Members.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which Crown99a holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Crown99a from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.
